We uphold open recruitment, fair selection, and impartial appointment principles when recruiting talent, and treat all candidates equally. Employees enjoy rights and interests in accordance with law, as well as some benefits that exceed the requirements set out in national laws and regulations.
Prohibit Use of Child Labor
We adhere to the regulations set out by the United Nations International Labour Organization and the Labor Standards Act, and do not hire any persons under the age of 15. Since the establishment of the company, we have never hired employees under the age of 16, and we will continue to comply with laws and regulations in the future. Actual recruitment processes are based on preliminary reviews of professional backgrounds and work experiences listed in resumes.
Management of Working Hours
We have established internal “Attendance and Leave Regulations,” and our daily/weekly work hours comply with statutory regulations, the Labor Standards Act, and international regulations. We do not force or coerce unwilling personnel to provide labor services, and there have been no situations of forced labor. We actively cooperate with relevant government regulations and requirements, and hope to provide our employees with a workplace environment that offers a good work-life balance.

2.We have formulated management regulations for appointment and recruitment, rewards and punishment, resignation, retirement, and promotion.
3.We regularly hold labor-management meetings and Occupational Health and Safety Committee meetings.
4.We have formulated the “Regulations Governing Sexual Harassment Prevention Measures and Grievance Processes”
and “Procedures to Prevent Illegal Infringement of Rights when Performing Duties.”

1.Education and training: We believe that talent is the cornerstone of our corporation. We formulate annual education and
training plans based on the needs of each unit, and encourage our employees to continue improving their professional
knowledge, capabilities,and soft skills. We also provide
subsidies for external training to strengthen the quality of our corporate human resources.
2.Workplace safety: Workplace safety: Only healthy and safe workplace environments can help employees to feel secure at
work. In order to ensure employee and factory safety, we have formulated the “Environmental Health and Safety
Manual”and related environmental health and safety management regulations. Dedicated environmental health
and safety personnel are responsible for maintenance, inspections, and improvements and work to build safe and
comfortable workplace environments.
3.Insurance systems: Comprehensive insurance systems offer basic protections for employee interests. Apart from legally
required labor insurance, health insurance, and monthly allocations of pension reserves to individual pension accounts, we
also provide group insurance to employees and their families to protect the safety of our employees at home and at work.
4.Health management: We provide our employees with physical health examinations that include items exceeding those
required by law based on theirphysical and mental health conditions. We arrange monthly factory visits by medical
personnel to assist our colleagues with health management and guidance, and also regularly provide health information
and establish prior prevention measures based on environmental monitoring data from workplace environments, as well
as comprehensive discussions with medical personnel, nursing personnel, and environmental health and safety personnel
regarding health hazards and risks to protect the health of our colleagues.

major festivals, birthday bonuses, employee family day activities, travel subsidies, subsidies for department dinners
, subsides for personal occasions, and year-end banquets to build employee loyalty and encourage long-term
