uCorporate Governance
We have established an Audit Office, formulated the Corporate Governance Best Practice Principles, and plan to establish a corporate governance officer in May 2024 to strengthen corporate governance and establish an effective corporate governance structure. Additionally, Finesse Technology has established a number of functional committees, including the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, which relies on external expert opinions to maximize the efficiency and quality of corporate decision-making as well as Board efficiency and quality in corporate governance.
uBusiness Ethics and Legal Compliance
We reiterate information on business ethics, corporate governance, employee integrity, and other business standards within the company from time to time each year, and conduct all business activities using ethical management principles, as well as comply with all local laws and regulations.
uEthical Management
We consider “ethics, integrity, and fairness” as important philosophies. We have formulated the “Employee Code of Conduct” and “Rewards and Punishment Regulations” as well as other management regulations which provide appropriate and reasonable ethical and moral standards to guide all employees through various situations that may be encountered when performing activities related to corporate operations. Our employees are responsible for understanding and complying with disciplinary codes. We have made a clear commitment to abide by all local laws and regulations related to corporate operations and labor utilization, and treat all employees, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors with fairness, dignity, and respect.
