As a semiconductor equipment manufacturer which supplies semiconductor equipment subsystems and technical services, Finesse Technology strives to ensure sustainable corporate developments and implement ESG concepts, setting the best interests of shareholders, employees, clients, collaborating partners, and society as our core consideration. 

Our production processes are characterized by low energy consumption, low water consumption, and low pollution, and our Occupational Safety Office ensures that we comply with environmental protection laws and continue to fulfill our pollution and waste reduction targets. Additionally, in terms of product development, we emphasize green energy, carbon reduction, and environmental protection, and have increased the proportion of smart, management-friendly, and energy-saving designs in our products.

Finesse Technology’s self-developed ACME RF power systems save more than 60% of electricity compared to similar products. We work together with our clients to promote ESG, actively implement green supply chain management, and have established long-term and effective collaborative relations with our suppliers.

We comply with law, refine corporate governance, and emphasize employee interests as well as physical and mental care.

We have long been involved in charitable work and care for disadvantaged groups through monetary and material donations, as well as regular participation in social contributions to serve as a positive force for good. We hope to exert our positive influence on society and share our sustainable achievements.

◎Regular donations: We regularly donate to two associations each month.

   1.Hsinchu Catholic Nahuy Franciscan Kindergarten: Free care for all indigenous children in the back mountains of Nahuy in Hsinchu.

   2.Taipei Yoshi Care Association: Assist the homeless in finding cleaning jobs, returning to work, and providing services in rural areas.

◎Non-periodic donations: Donations to Boyo Social Welfare Foundation, Zhudong Shihguang Nursing Institution, and other disadvantaged groups.

 
       

 

 

uOrganization and Policy
 
The President’s Office gathered the heads of all departments to form the “Sustainable Development Committee,” a part-time unit within the company that promotes sustainable development in terms of business management, sustainable environments, social care, and other aspects. The Committee also regularly reports implementations to the Board to achieve sustainable development goals.

We comply with laws and regulations, protect employee interests, make active social contributions, and share our business achievements with our stakeholders. We have also formulated the following corporate sustainability policies:
1. We comply with laws and ethical regulations to maintain sound corporate governance, and work to achieve sustainable operations which benefit all stakeholders and the whole of society.
2. We emphasize employee care and social participation, implementing social care from the inside out to fulfill our responsibilities as a corporate citizen.
3. We are committed to environmental protection and strive to achieve ecological sustainability.
