Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Policies
1. Establish environmental health and safety management systems and continue to refine and implement our environmental
health and safety policies.
2. Strengthen environmental health and safety awareness in all employees and effectively enhance employee health and safety.
3. Implement energy conservation and recycling to reduce costs.
4. Comply with environmental health and safety regulations and achieve environmental health and safety management targets.
5. Implement environmental health and safety policies and ensure transparency of public disclosures.
Comply with Environmental Protection Regulations
1. Internally, we ensure compliance with and continuous operations of environmental health and safety management systems.
2. Externally, we comply with environmental protection regulations and continue to achieve our low pollution and waste
reduction goals.

1. Install and select energy-saving equipment in factories, as well as energy-saving lights.
2. Sign waste disposal and disposal contracts with legal vendors, and ensure that recyclable waste is processed and
reused by disposal companies.
3. Promote conservation of water, electricity, and energy resources, and collect and use recycled water.
uElectricity and Energy Management
To fulfill our responsibilities as a global citizen and our corporate social responsibilities, we strive to implement energy conservation and carbon reduction actions, and also continue to refine energy conservation tasks. For example, our self-developed high-performance, energy-saving RF power system (ACME) saves more than 60% of energy compared to traditional RF power systems.
uWater Resource Management
The water used in our main factory areas is sourced entirely from the water company and we do not use any ground water, so do not affect water sources near factory sites. We do not discharge any special types of wastewater during factory processes, and only discharge pure water for process testing and domestic sewage generated by employees.
